Right. we owe some things to some deviants:

Deviants: In the next hour i will be updating the MEMBERS journal. You will receive a notification in your message box when this has been updated. Please check that you are on that list. If you arent, then your request to join hasn't been processed.

I have forgotten which admins pledged to donate towards the subscriptions, so I will load them myself. I haven't fogotten, but it will take a while.

That's all I can say about the moderators of this clubs poor updating-ness. We obviously need to stop having lives and spend more time on the computer *slaps hand*

Well my computer time hasn't lessened, I just haven't been on devArt so regularly. I know I'm a bad, bad person.

So December 23rd, we all know what that means. Yes, CHRISTMAS!!! Happy times! Here's a big MERRY CHRISTMAS to all New Zealand deviants out there I hope you all have a merry Christmas ... and a happy new yeeeaaaarrr... remember Christmas is a time for good will so remember all those people who won't be spending Christmas with they're families or just can't make Christmas what they want it to be. Donating gifts to the public x-mas tree's is always a great thing to do and is greatly appreciated. But remember whatever your situation make the most out of this festive season.

So, on a different note, for those of you in C-Hood (aka Christchurch, C-Hood is the way cooler gangsta name for it) have you received you Garden City Summer Times booklet yet? I know I have! It's got some great stuff lined up for the summer.

Here's some stuff I'm hoping to check out, never know, might see you there:

*Nu-Soul Jazz, L. A. Mitchell and the Nativa Band. SUNDAY 13TH JANUARY, THE CENTRAL LAWN, BOTANICAL GARDENS (Lauren Mitchell is my singing teacher, I learn from the best)

*World Buskers Festival. JANUARY 17TH - 27TH. Yay, I love the buskers festival it's awesome, I look forward to it every year.

*Chinese Lantern Festival. 1&2 MARCH, VICTORIA SQUARE. It's pretty.

*Lyttelton Street Party. SUNDAY 24TH FEBRUARY. My friend lives on the street where the party it held. Apparently I'm already invited XD

*Dancing under the stars. 29TH FEBRUARY, CROSBIE PARK, RUSSLEY. I probably won't go, but it sounds like fun.

So there's some of the awesome stuff happening around C-Hood this summer. Sorry for those who don't live in C-Hood and may be calling me hood-ist or town-ist, whatever way you guys roll. So if you know of any cool events coming up in your hood this summer let me know and I'll put it in teh journal.
